Barbara Meece
Barbara has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources area, with a specialty in recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development. She has worked with several start-ups in the valley, including notables such as AboveNet, The Internet Mall, Digex and OpSource. While HR Director with AboveNet, Barbara led the company through their Initial Public Offering, several acquisitions, and subsequent sale.

Barbara consistently connects talented accounting and finance professionals with exceptional opportunities, and clients often voice their satisfaction with the level of professionalism she brings to the process. Barbara strives to present the best possible candidates to her clients, while at the same time assisting candidates in finding places to do the work they most love. She is known for developing strong and enduring business relationships with the professionals she comes into contact with.

Barbara is very active in the community. For the past five years she has volunteered as ‘Captain’ for the annual San Jose Holiday Parade with the City of San Jose. Barbara is also a regular participant in the ‘Relay for Life’, which is focused on finding a cure for cancer.

Delyse Nash
With 21 years of success recruiting finance, accounting and human resource professionals in the Bay Area, Delyse has earned her excellent reputation by placing top tier candidates in positions where longevity has proven ‘the right fit’.

In 2000, Delyse teamed up with her top client, David Powell Inc. to form DNA, after working with Accountants, Inc. (AI) and Management Solutions (MSI). At MSI, her career progressed from Interim Account Manager to Director of Client Development, achieving status as the top producer in the organization.

Prior to MSI, Delyse worked for 8 years at Accountants, Inc., in roles that included Contingency Placement, Interim Staffing, Branch Manager, Sales Manager and Vice-President of Sales. Delyse consistently held top producer status for the entirety of her 8-year career with AI.

Connie Osborne, CPA
Connie’s career in the recruiting industry is preceded by twenty years of experience in finance and accounting. Connie is a CPA and former Director with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She has worked with several high-tech companies in Silicon Valley in the roles of CFO and Controller, including an IPO at Solectron. Connie has been an entrepreneur in both retail and real estate. In a “service” role for most of her professional career, Connie practices integrity, trust and professionalism. These attributes are at the heart of everything she does in serving her clients.

Connie serves on the Board of Directors for the Charitable Foundation Trust of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and volunteers for various alumni-related activities for Santa Clara University, her Alma Mater.

Leah Quist
Leah brings to DNA over 10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, Human Resources and Office Administration. Leah initially approached DNA as a candidate, and was so impressed with the process and respect for candidates that she asked to become a member of the team. She began her career with DNA as the Director of Operations. With a natural ability to work with both clients and candidates, Leah transitioned into placement. Leah’s focus is on junior to mid level positions, in both permanent placement and interim staffing.
