Julie Cochran
Julie Cochran joins DNA with over 14 years of professional sales experience. Most recently her career took her to the enterprise software space where she enjoyed success working with small to mid size companies as well as Fortune 500 firms.

Her experience in human resource solutions includes Payroll, Time and Attendance, HRIS, Benefit Administration, Business Management Solutions and Project Portfolio Management. Julie developed a firm foundation in finance and accounting while with the Capstone Group, a financial services outsourcing firm focused on providing interim financial solutions for start ups to mid sized companies in Silicon Valley.

Julie holds a bachelors degree from The University of Nebraska.

John Klusendorf
John Klusendorf comes to DNA from Rational Software, where he held responsibility for technical sales and management of client engagements, supporting a customer list that included Hewlett-Packard, Wells Fargo and Cisco. Prior to Rational, John worked at Apple Computer and Lotus Software.

Armed with extensive knowledge in both hardware and software domains, John speaks the same language as our clients in these market segments, and brings his drive and determination to bear on these engagements.

John’s other passion is sports car racing, recently piloting the DNA sponsored race car in the Inaugural San Jose Grand Prix.

Barbara Meece
Barbara has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources area, with a specialty in recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development. She has worked with several start-ups in the valley, including notables such as AboveNet, The Internet Mall, Digex and OpSource. While HR Director with AboveNet, Barbara led the company through their Initial Public Offering, several acquisitions, and subsequent sale.

Barbara consistently connects talented accounting and finance professionals with exceptional opportunities, and clients often voice their satisfaction with the level of professionalism she brings to the process. Barbara strives to present the best possible candidates to her clients, while at the same time assisting candidates in finding places to do the work they most love. She is known for developing strong and enduring business relationships with the professionals she comes into contact with.

Barbara is very active in the community. For the past five years she has volunteered as ‘Captain’ for the annual San Jose Holiday Parade with the City of San Jose. Barbara is also a regular participant in the ‘Relay for Life’, which is focused on finding a cure for cancer.

Delyse Nash
With 21 years of success recruiting finance, accounting and human resource professionals in the Bay Area, Delyse has earned her excellent reputation by placing top tier candidates in positions where longevity has proven ‘the right fit’.

In 2000, Delyse teamed up with her top client, David Powell Inc. to form DNA, after working with Accountants, Inc. (AI) and Management Solutions (MSI). At MSI, her career progressed from Interim Account Manager to Director of Client Development, achieving status as the top producer in the organization.

Prior to MSI, Delyse worked for 8 years at Accountants, Inc., in roles that included Contingency Placement, Interim Staffing, Branch Manager, Sales Manager and Vice-President of Sales. Delyse consistently held top producer status for the entirety of her 8-year career with AI.

Delyse sits on the Board Community Solutions in the South Bay .
